What does PushPullGive offer?
At PushPullGive we offer fitness classes such as HIIT, yoga, pilates and calisthenics. Our classes are for any fitness level. Our classes aim to provide a holistic workout experience, so that you are able to train stamina, endurance, strength and flexibility with us. We also offer personal training at our gym in Tiong Bahru and corporate fitness activities.
Where are we located?
PushPullGive's gym is in the heart of the old Tiong Bahru estate. This is where we conduct personal training and a few classes. Our HIIT and calisthenics classes are conducted outdoors at Tiong Bahru Park and MacRitchie.
What is Push Pull Give?
PushPullGive is a fitness social enterprise. We offer fitness services to individuals and companies and through our revenue support marginalised youth. Our slogan is to Push you to the next level, to Pull you out of the comfort zone and to Give back to society through fitness.
Can I do a free trial?
Absolutely! You can sign up for one free trial classes here! We also offer a free Personal Training trial.
Do you offer casual entry to the gym? Or can I use the gym on my own?
At the moment, we do not offer normal entry for personal usage, unless if there is a personal training session booked with us.
Is there any contract period when joining the gym?
We do not like our members to be tied up. There is no contract period involved, however please take note on the expiry date of your class and personal training packages.
What type of memberships do you offer?
Our memberships are based on packages. We offer class packages for 1, 5, 10 and 25 sessions. We also offer Personal Training packages for 1, 10 and 20 sessions. Check out our price plan here.
How can I book for a class or Personal Training (PT) session?
You can book for a class or PT session via our website www.pushpullgive.com. Please go to the memberships page to make a booking.
How can I cancel a booked class or Personal Training (PT) session?
If you wish to cancel, you may do so from your account. Otherwise, you may contact the trainer and let them know.
Can the trainer come to my gym and train me there?
We only offer personal training at our gym in Tiong Bahru which is equipped to provide a holistic training experience.
How long is each session?
On average, each session lasts about 45 to 60 minutes. A class involves a warm-up, the workout and stretching.
Are there any age limits or minimum age requirements?
We do not have any minimum age requirement or limit. However, for attendees below the age of 18, we will need a guardian to join.
What modes of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, bank transfer, Visa/MasterCard/Amex and GrabPay.
What happens to an outdoor class if it rains?
If it rains heavily before the start of a class we will cancel the class. In that case we will not credit any session. If the rain starts during a class, we will push through.

Can I pause my monthly membership?
You can pause your monthly subscription during your 12-month membership term. Each break is subject to a $25 admin fee. The membership will continue after the break until the 12 months cycle is complete. Please inform us via email@example.com prior to the next billing date if you wish to pause.
